I looked at Empire Beauty School here in Tucson Arizona. This school is a cosmetology school, which means it includes working as a hairstylist, a nail artist, or even a make up artist. This school includes technical training , as well as learning the business side of the industry. This beauty school can last anywhere from 11 months to 2 years. As soon as you graduate from this school, you can almost immediately get a job somehow related to the beauty industry.

Out of these three community colleges I would go to Pima. The reason I want to go to pima is because they provide the course I want to take mostly but also its here where I live. These are both very good options and this is a course you could be familiarized with in high school through our automotive CTE class. From this short time in the college you can get a job in car dealerships, private companies or even on your own independently.

Associate Degree in Nursing Program- Santa Barbara City College
This is a nursing program that can more than likely be completed in about two years. This can put you on a path to continue studying or probably get you a job rather quickly in the workforce. This college being a city college should be cheaper than other big universities. 90 percent of students and graduates from this program become better prepared for employment. Like the previous lusted colleges, this program can be familiarized in high school through CTE classes.
