Their purpose is to prevent strategic surprise from negatively impacting the U.S. national security and create strategic surprise for U.S adversaries by maintaining the technological superiority of the U.S military. It was established in 1958.

    MOOC is an online massive course. Anyone who has internet can attend for free. It should have some learning objectives to be achieved by students. Ther should also have quizzes and exams . Cyberwarefare is technaclly hacking accounts weather its snapchat, instagram or facebook. It can disable offical websites and networks.

      That’s right the word is FREE…get training a certificate or a real college degree from a MOOC.
      Look for MOOCs by premier universities like Stanford or MIT.

    Cyberwarfare is Internet-based conflict involving politically motivated attacks on information and information systems. Cyberwarfare attacks can disable official websites and networks, disrupt or disable essential services, steal or alter classified data, and criple financial systems among many other possibilities.

    DARPA stands for (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency). Its the central research and development organization for the United States Department of Defense; responsible for developing new surveillance technologies since 9/11.
