College degree cannot compete with a Robot

Hire professionals with real-world skills to train college students over professors with theoretical knowledge; reduce the time it takes to complete a college degree to three years or less with one or two years in the field learning from a master in their field. I remember my student under a master teacher and school principal who acted like coaches guiding and recommending to adjust my teaching style to raise classroom achievement. Today’s college student need hands-on learning experience outside of the classroom that will prepare them for work alongside robots.
