Black History Month Post

In honor of the many contributions by Black folks in our United States of American I will present who I believe is the foremost intellectual giant in 21st Century USA that would be Stanford University esteemed economist, author of close to 25 books or more columnist for every major publication in the country, appeared on every single major news program none other than raconteur Thomas Sowell. I love Thomas Sowell use of the phrase “race hustler” and Sowell’s fierce denunciation of the Democratic Party Welfare State with the accompanying disastrous impact on American families. Sowell is right on that when it comes to our society race is not the factor that moves a person ahead in our society but possessing skills as an engineer or a carpenter will be of higher value that people will overlook the color of your skin. Even having command of the English language will change your circumstances in our country far more than any affirmative action program because learning US style English is a skill used in the everyday American workplace.
