Cost of College marches upward…..but there are alternatives
Certifications, online schools, bootcamps, seminars, virtual learning, YouTube, Kindle your local library. Colleges and universities are best suited to those in STEM or if you desire and can afford traditional liberal arts education with STEM coursework. I am skeptical about 4 year degree having any relevance unless you are in STEM field. I say that observing my own family members where none of my nieces or nephews born in the United States speak perfect English yet all majored in low-paying low-return college degrees like Child Development and English. There are CEOs of major Fortune 500 companies advocating for companies to phase out the college degree so as to allow more people to take jobs. You can say companies can train these people and bring them up to speed faster than attending and graduating with a college degree.
