For the most part we have witnessed rising tuition and fees now looks like students and parents can negotiate a better financial aid package hence reducing the need for student loans or other types of college debt or worse borrowing against your home or retirement! 😂 Based on the article that the colleges offering bargains are not exactly your marquee name brand colleges but colleges losing enrollment specifically those colleges in the midwest currently experiencing demographic change namely population loss.
