Does not look better for those with student loans around their neck. I heard the term “debt refugee”" from a student talking of leaving permanently for another country. Maybe that’s why people should consider their local community college with degrees and certificates that can be completed in 2 years. The courses and books are what you would find at your typical 4 year university.
